Position for Cleans or Snatches where the barbell has to rest above the knee before the lift gets done

Hand Release Push Up - Push ups where the body has to lie down completely with the hands raised from the floor

Handstand Push Up

Dynamic version of Pull ups, Chin ups, C2B, Muscle ups or HSPU; increasing the speed and decreasing the work load for the muscles by involving a hip kick
ME
Maximum Effort - perform as many unbroken reps as possible of a movement
Power Position
Variation of the Snatch or Clean; in the receiving position, the hip joint must be above the knee
RX
As Prescribed - doing a workout with every movement and given weight that is prescribed on the whiteboard

Shoulder To Overhead - bringing a weight from the shoulder in the overhead position in style of choice which could be Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Squat Jerk or Split Jerk

Toes To Bar - touching the Pull up-bar with the toes from a free hanging position
