How to be good Gym member

It just takes 5 simple steps, actions, mindsets to turn from rogue or even douchebag to a lovely part of the #crossfitcommunity. Here are some simple guidelines.

 

Step 1: SAY HI TO NEW PEOPLE

Going to a gym is often a big, brave step for many. Help them through it simply by saying hi and  introducing yourself. Everyone was newcomer at some point before so think of your nervous first day and welcome them with a smile. After all, a great community is a welcoming community.

 

Step 2: WAIT FOR EVERYONE TO FINISH THE WOD

You are dying. You are out of breath. There is still so much work left to be done. Then there's Tommy who is clearing up his stuff. THIS FEELS LIKE SHIT. #dontbeTommy. 

 

Step 3: STAY POSITIVE - IT IS WHAT IT IS

It all begins and ends in your mind. What you give power to has power over you.

 

Step 4: CHEER FOR THE LAST

You just went to hell and back but the WOD is finally done. Catch your breath and support the guy behind you - he is still dying. 

The strongest people make time to help others even if they are struggling themselves.

 

Step 5: HAVE GOALS, FIGHT, INSPIRE
